The G-14, a 34-foot diameter cargo parachute, provides the capability to deliver non-fragile supplies and equipment using a low-velocity air-delivery method.
In its basic configuration, a single G-14 can support and deliver a payload of up to 500 pounds; however, when deployed in a cluster of three (3), the assembly can support payloads up to 1,500 pounds. The complete system consists of a canopy assembly, a riser, a static line, a pack, and a drogue. The overall assembly weighs approximately 37 pounds.
Capabilities and Features: • Designed to decelerate and stabilize low-velocity air-delivery cargo loads • Capable of supporting up to 500 lbs individually • Increased accuracy • Low cost
All parachute assemblies are manufactured, inspected, and qualified in strict accordance with current applicable MIL-DTL-7620, MIL-DTL-9401 and MIL-STD-849.
